How it works
Name and mobile number. They never sign in and never install anything.
At each time we send one short text: “time for Amlodipine (5mg). Reply 1 = taken.”
Reply “1” and it is logged for every family member. No answer in 45 minutes and it is marked missed — one daily summary, not a stream of pings.
